Aventura's Intelligent Video solutions take analytics to a whole new level. The system is smart, scalable and designed on open architecture and will work with any video feed from any source.
In order for a video solution to have true" intelligence it must first be able to identify what it's looking at Object Recognition. Aventura identifies each item that comes into a scene, and tracks it as it moves in, out and around. The proprietary Conceptualization" technology process implemented identifies the object's unique and specific characteristics.
Identified objects are stored in the system database and catalogued. Scenes are then analyzed and objects compared in real-time to the stored patterns to identify particular objects and their known characteristics. The user may easily add new objects to the database making it a more intelligent tool.
Unattended Baggage
Objects remaining in selected areas for extended periods of time (determined by operator) are recognized and alarmed if appropriate. As objects are uniquely" tagged partial obscuring of the object has minimal effect.
Wrong Direction Monitoring
Identify persons entering areas where they should only be exiting or located vehicles traveling improperly on shoulders or wrong side of the road. Multiple regions of interest may be selected within a single camera view.
People Counting
Identify congested areas or long queues to alert personnel to migrate to that location. Confirm foot counts for demographics or for potential safety and fire hazards due to overcrowding.
Perimeter Intrusion Detection
Draw virtual tripwires, which identify unauthorized access to areas when breached. Using system filters, operators remove false alarms caused by debris, animals, etc. and ignore authorized individuals or vehicles.
Vehicle Detection and Parking Violations
Identify vehicles that remain in a specified area for a period of time that is beyond what the user defines as reasonable and customary.
Tailgating and Piggybacking
Establish rules and parameters, which may only permit one individual to enter an area on a single authorization. In the event, someone attempts to piggyback the system alarms.
License Plate Recognition
The imaging function of the software identifies license plates and compare them to the database and can grant access for permitted vehicles, identify stolen vehicles or track vehicles to confirm their route.
Slip and Fall Protection
The object recognition portion of the software can identify humans and knows humans in a prone position may be an indication of a problem and will alarming accordingly for prompt response.
Behavior and Scene Content Analysis
Aventura's software observes patterns by identifying the object; then attributes normal characteristics associated with that type object in terms of speed and movement. Next, determination is made as to what is typical and unusual behavior for that object. User defined queries and scenarios may be created on-the-fly and stored for later use.
